Just had a look at the XP driver you listed and other compatible systems, then looked at them for Vista drivers. Click on drivers and then put in the service tag and select windows OS which is installed on the computer. Now I finally have the name of the card. Please help me I have been trying to fix this issue for days now.

You need to install the driver for the card which is installed ddell your laptop. If they are NOT installed first, then the rest of the drivers will fail to install. You should never use them.
