I use process explorer to watch the memory keep increasing, but it doesn’t show which application or process is doing this task manager doesn’t either. Sign in to vote. Maybe there is a conflict between something installed in the corporate build and the fingerprint software.

When this problem happen did you ever check the memory usage using task manager and if very high also check what process that have abnormally high memory usage. I have an Authentec AES fingerprint reader with truesuite, and their support says the trouble aees2810 with windows biometrics.
